Provide VIN Number
Take a photo of your VIN number. You can find it on your registration, insurance card, or on the sticker at the driver’s side door.

Book Your Appointment
Book your appointment online. You’ll need that photo from Step One during this process.

When You Arrive
When you arrive at work, you’ll probably see me setting up. Try to park near me if possible. I should be in the same spot every time I service your building.

Locate Key Drop
Look for the key drop box at the main entrance. You can find the keypad code in the confirmation email after ordering service. This code will change occasionally.

Special Instructions
Add your name and any special instructions to a key tag and secure it to your key ring.

Leave Key
Put your key in the lock box, and lock it up. You will have to trust your co-workers a little here. Everyone getting service will have the key pad code and access to your keys.

Go About Your Day
Now just go about your workday. I’ll collect the keys and get to work on your cars.

During Service
During your service, you’ll receive a free visual inspection of your car. If your car needs work, I’ll let you know about it. I can even recommend a repair facility in the area. We don’t perform repairs in the parking lot.

It’s Ready!
When all of the work is completed, your keys will be returned to the key lock box. You’ll receive an email with a picture of the inspection, and a final invoice. That’s it, so easy!
